  • Account planning and development strategy, financial performance of the account
  • Managing sales process from lead to revenue, including needs assessment, proposal development, customer presentations, work estimations, commercial negotiations & contracting
  • Prospecting and relationship development
  • Ensure client satisfaction and execute client reference-ability process
  • Find and close new revenue opportunities within the Account
  • Manage contract and pricing negotiations
  • Understand client business needs, participate in solution development and effectively communicate solutions
  • Work in close collaboration with delivery and pre-sale teams
  • Report to Regional Account Management

  • BS degree; MS/Advanced degree desirable
  • 10+ years of experience in IT or Financial industry, preferably at global consulting / outsourcing companies / SW vendors
  • 5+ years on executive Sales or Account Management positions
  • Good understanding of custom software development process is a plus
  • Measurable experience in managing and growing profitable satisfied accounts and/or relevant client side experience
  • Proven account management, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Solid experience in communication with C-level management
  • Fluent English.
