    • Provide user training and ensure user guides are written and updated
    • Initiate post-implementation reviews to monitor product effectiveness and performance

    • Functional leadership for all internal and external resources working for the Company in the area of HR Services IT, including all applications used for HR administration and payroll as well as recruiting, personnel development and performance management.   • Development Lead

    • Leading the technical ownership of the application(s) and ensures designs/best practices are adhered to by the development teams;
    • Understand the technical needs/dependencies with other projects and manage these with counterparty Technical Leads to ensure the correct technical solutions are implemented;
    • Act as a communication proxy on all Technical requests/Impact Assessments by other projects and between project teams. Distribute best practices across teams to ensure consistency within our development community;
    • Fights for architecture and design consistency and liaises with the Architecture team to help influence these principles. Perform code review or ensure that adequate code reviews are performed by the team;

  • Lead Transaction Support Unit (m/w/x)

    • The challenge of the role is to design, implement and consolidate optimized processes and structures for the Transaction Support Group.
